Committed to Corporate Responsibility with a Social Conscience

Businesses thrive in strong communities. Just as we care about the individuals who work for our company, we care about the communities in which they live, and where we work. We have organized the Lifecore Foundation, a non-profit organization that coordinates the volunteer efforts and charitable contributions of the Lifecore employees. The foundation is funded by employee and company contributions, and by a wide variety of events organized to help raise additional money.

Lifecore Foundation is focused on supporting humanitarian needs in and around Chaska, Minnesota as well as other geographical areas. In 2007, the foundation donated funds to organizations such as Operation Minnesota Nice, The Caring Bridge Foundation, Children’s Dental Services of St. Paul, and The Pacer Center.

The Foundation also participated in the annual Toys for Tots drive, sponsored a school supply drive, and participated in the Cheerful Givers drive to collect birthday gifts for underprivileged children.
