New Business Development Associate

This individual will provide customer support for new and existing hyaluronan customers and marketing support for New Business Development related to hyaluronan research customers. Help identify customers by scanning the scientific and patent literature, track customer accounts and manage customer retention pro-gram. Monitor product sales trends, customer profiles and reconcile the New Business Sales with the operating plan. Assure all orders are promptly and properly processed, including international requirements such as Commercial Invoicing and AES information.

Requirements: BA/BS (Biology or chemistry preferred) with 2+ years of customer support experience or BA/BS in Marketing. 2+ years experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry (preferred). US and International customer business experience (preferred). Proven ability to coordinate multiple activities with various internal and external resources. Effective written and oral communication skills. Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word required. MS Project preferred.

Hours: Mon - Fri 4 1/2 or 5 day work week
